Used to make various shapes of electric heating elements, widely used in refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, water dispensers, rice cookers and other household appliances.
Depending on the insulation material, the heating wires can be PS-resistant heating wires, PVC heating wires, silicone heating wires, etc. According to the power area, it can be divided into two types of heating lines: single power and multi power.
The PS-resistant heating wire is a non-toxic heating wire, which is especially suitable for places that need to be in direct contact with food. Its heat resistance is low and can only be used in low-power situations. Generally it does not exceed 8W / m. Long-term operating temperature -25 ℃ ～ 60 ° C.
The covered material of the 105 ℃ heating wire meets the requirements of PVC / E class in the GB5023 (IEC227) standard, and has good heat resistance. It is a commonly used heating wire with an average power density not exceeding 12W / m and an operating temperature of -25 ℃ ~ 70 ° C. Widely used in refrigerators, air conditioners, etc. as dew-proof heating lines.
Silicone heating wire has excellent heat resistance and is widely used in defrosters such as refrigerators and freezers. The average power density is generally below 40W / m. In a low temperature environment with good heat dissipation, the power density can reach 50W / m, and the operating temperature is -60 ° C to 155 ° C.
